I tip my hat to The New York Times for redoubling their effort to bring, and keep, this entire situation in the Public eye. The United States needs to withdraw totally from this quagmire, bring all our men and women home, and be done with tribal conflicts we simply can’t, and never will, win.

These are two Articles everyone, including our politicians, need to read and understand. The first Article on Afghanistan points out the reason we need to leave them to their own devises. The second Article points out why we should leave Iraq to their own devises. Put both Articles together, and you have proof that no one in this Region wants the U.S. there for any reason. We train them; they shoot and kill us. We give them aide; they turn around and deal with our enemy. Contrary to what some may say, this is not a complicated concept. It is also not a complicated logistical move. Its time to cut our loses and come home, now.
